Scott is a man who understands hard work. His background is rich in all areas of construction with roles as laborer, carpenter, project superintendent, project manager, and architectural designer. His desire to make large scale construction projects more manageable and straightforward for the project owner is the driving force of our company. Scott has grown The Stenftenagel Group from a one-man operation to a team of eight. One of his greatest accomplishments is his election to The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain.  The significant and historical role of Clerk of the Works is the ideology in which his company is modeled.


Angela Burton Clerk of the WOrks associate + director of facility management

Angela’s strategic foresight helps our clients avoid the regret of oversight. Her early experience in flood/fire restoration provided the insight to identify and mitigate risks for prevention. Helping school administrators implement preventive measures to better manage and sustain their facilities is her focus.

Sandy keeps our projects running smoothly. Her years in mechanical construction helped shape her proactive approach to project design & maintenance. Sandy actively cultivates relationships with industry peers to ensure the highest level of quality and service for our clients.      

 

Todd Hopf Clerk of the works

Todd brings 35 years of construction experience to the team; half of those as a small business owner. He served 8 years on the Dubois County Builders Association in various roles. His belief in doing things right the first time delivers the results our clients expect.

 

Tim Gudorf Clerk of the works

Tim specializes in energy management. Through trade experience, he’s learned to stay on the leading edge of developments in HVAC, refrigeration, geothermal, and hydronics. He holds a contractor plumbing license and Building Operator Certification. Tim is passionate about optimizing your facility’s mechanical and operating systems.

 

Dana Geldhof Clerk of the works

Dana has extensive experience in ensuring compliance for her projects. She approaches each topic with a commitment to education and understanding. From project conception to delivery and throughout the lifecycle of the facilities, she is dedicated to providing the best solutions for community members to enjoy for many years to come.

 

Dillon Henke Clerk of the works

Dillon brings over a decade of maintenance and mechanical experience to his role as Clerk of the Works. He holds an Indiana contractor plumbing license and Indiana Backflow Tester Certification. Dillon believes that maintaining critical equipment is key to the sustainability of any facility. Dillon strives to lower energy and maintenance costs whether he is working on a Project or assisting with Facilities Maintenance.
