Our team is dedicated to the development, delivery, and sustainability of exceptional educational facilities.

As Clerk of the Works, we serve as a representative for the school corporation during all phases of the construction project — from conception to owner occupancy.

We achieve value for money for the school corporation through vigilant development of project design and construction documents, meticulous inspection of materials, and on-site observation of workmanship throughout the building process. We aid school administrators in protecting tax payers’ investment by confirming quality work is completed prior to payment and providing regular project updates to the school board throughout the project.

We employ a rigorous project closeout procedure to ensure the project owner has warranty information, operation manuals, and maintenance information in hand at close of project. We check all the boxes to be sure the owner has the necessary information to best utilize and maintain the facility and its systems.

Beyond project close out, our Facility Management team can develop an effective facility maintenance plan to efficiently manage and maintain all facility systems and equipment for years to come.
